Cooking Directions: Fry curry paste in vegetable oil and then cook with coconut milk, meat, fish sauce, palm sugar and vegetables. Ensure fully cooked before serving.

Green Curry
Cooking Directions (Serves 4):
1. Fry 100g of Green Curry Paste with 2 tbsp of vegetable oil on a medium heat. Stir well till aroma is achieved then lower the heat. Stir in gradually 3 cups of coconut milk
2. Add 500g of chicken or any kind of meat, stir until cooked. Then add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil. Season with 4 tbsp of palm sugar and 4 tbsp of fish sauce
3. Add 2 cups of eggplant and 1 cup of pea eggplant, stir well until cooked through. Then add 1/4 cup of kaffir lime leaves, 2 cups of sweet basil leaves and garnish with 1/2 cup of sliced red chilli. Turn off the heat. Serve the curry with steamed rice, spaghetti, naan or round rice noodles.

Store in a cool dry place. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within 60 days.
