This Sweet Chilli Tamarind Sauce adds sweet and fruity tamarind tanginess with slightly hot flavour to variety of culinary dishes. Excellent as a stir-fries of dipping sauce for dim sum, fish cake, deep-fried spring roll, chicken, seafood, or vegetables. The sauce is a great alternative to your usual condiment when add to burgers, sausages, pork chops, french fries or at a BBQ.

Shake well before use. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 1 month.

Ingredients:Sugar (45.5%), Tamarind (21%), Water (21%), Chilli, Salt, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Modified Starch.
