Description:Thai Fragrant Rice (Hom Mali)

When cooked, Thai Jasmine Fragrant Rice has an aromatic fragrance and a fluffy, slightly sticky texture that makes it so easy to eat with chopsticks. Excellent with oriental dishes, especially Thai recipes, as the delicately sweet flavour compliments the spices used in Thai Cuisine.

Cooking Instructions:
Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Add 50g of rice and 75ml of water per person in a pan. Bring water to the boil, cover pan and simmer for 11-13 minutes until cooked. Remove from the heat and allow to sit, still covered, for 10 minutes.

Store in a cool dry place
