Description:Sushi Rice

Cooking Instructions:
Combine 1 cup sushi rice and 1.25 cups of water in medium sauce pan.Bring to a boil, reduce to low heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until all moisture is absorbed. Remove from heat and let it stand covered for about 10 minutes before serving. Makes about 2.5cups of rice.

Store in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight
