Description:Japanese Style Rice For Sushi

Cooking Instructions:
Combine 1 cup Haruka Rice and 1.25 Cups water in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce to low heat, simmer, and cover for 20 minutes, or until moisture is absorbed. Remove from heat; let stand covered about 10 minutes before serving. Makes about 2.5 cups cooked rice.

Note: If using electric rice cooker, combine 1 cup Haruka Rice and 1.25 cups water in electric rice cooker pot. Continue as directed by the manufacturer.

Store in a dry cool place away from direct sunlight.
