Description:Glutinous Rice
Dragon Glutinous Rice is growing in the northern part of Thailand where the type of soil and the climate are a guarantee for the high quality of this type of rice. Characteristics are the long peaky white grains, which after cooking turn to be delicious in taste with a natural aroma.

Cooking Method
Soak the rice for 12 hours in cold water. Put the rice in a pan and add that much water until 1 cm above the rice. Cook the rice, lower the heat and simmer for about 20 min until all liquid is taken. Remove from the heat, uncover and cool down before serving.
