Description:Dragon Broken Fragrant Rice
Dragon Fragrant Rice is growing in the north-eastern part of Thailand where the type of soil and the climate are a guarantee for the high quality of this type of rice. Characteristic are the shiny solid grains which, after cooking turn out to be delicious in taste with a typical natural aroma.

Cooking Method
Put 2.5 cups of water to the boil. Stir in 1 cup of rice. Add salt (optional). Cover tightly, lower hear and simmer for 18-20 minutes. Remove from the heat, cover and let it stand for a few minutes before serving. For softer rice, put more water. For firmer rice, put less water.

Store in a cool and dry place.
