Description:Mali Flower Jasmine Rice is fragrant long-grain rice which is commonly used in Thai and other Southeast Asian dishes. Cooked, it is soft, white and fluffy with a mellow nutty flavour and floral scent which makes this a favourite among rice lovers. A steaming bowl of Jasmine Rice is the perfect complement to any dish.

Cooking Instructions
1. Rice rice in several changes of cold water until water runs clear.
2. Bring a large pot of water to boil.
3. Add the rice (salt to taste) and bring to boil, stir occasionally.
4. Cover the pot and leave to simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Remove from heat, drain off the excess water and let the rice stand covered for 10 minutes.
6. Fluff rice gently with a fork, serve.

Store in a cool and dry place.
