Description:Dragon Glutinous Rice is growing in the northern part of Thailand where the type of soil and the climate are a guarantee for the high quality of this type of rice.
Characteristics are the long peaky white grains which after cooking turn to be delicious in taste with a natural aroma.

Cooking Method:
Soak the rice for 12 hours in cold water. Put the rice in a pan and add that much water until it is 1 cm above the rice. Cook the rice, lower heat and simmer for 20 min. Remove from the heat, uncover and let stand for a few minutes before serving.

Steaming Method:
Soak rice in water for 8-10 hours. Put rice in inner pot steamer. Put inner pot in steamer and steam for 15-20 minutes. Serve the rice.
