Description:Yume Nishiki Super Premium Short Grain Rice

Cooking Directions:
Combine 1 cup YumeNishiki Brown Rice and 2 cups water in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low and simmer, covered 35 minutes or until moisture is absorbed. Remove from heat; let stand covered 10 minutes before serving. Makes about 2.5 cups cooked brown rice.

Store in a dry and cool place. Avoid direct sunlight.
