Suggested Methods of Cooking:
1. Place 250g (8oz) into 1.21l (2.25 pints) of boiling water stir and return the water to rolling simmer.
2. Cook uncovered for 7-10 minutes until tender.
3. Drain water and sieve with boiling water then serve.
