Description:Longdan Spring Roll Rice Paper (16cm Banh Trang Cha Gio)
Speciality for Vietnamese Spring Roll

Instructions for use:
- Take one piece of rice paper at a time.
- Submerge rice paper in hot (not boiling) water for 5 seconds, drain off the water.
- Lay it on a flat surface.
- Put one teaspoon of stuffing (grind pork meat, mushroom and chopped ingredients such as turnip, onion, soybean sprout, chive) at the base of rice paper, roll it. Fold the sides toward the centre and roll all the way to enclose.
- Fry the spring rolls in hot oil until they turn to golden brown colour.
- Finishing and serving with dipping sauce.

Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place. Once opened, place in an airtight container.
