Description:Asian Boy Rice Paper (Banh Trang Que Huong)

Preparation: Soak a sheet of rice paper in water for 2 seconds and place on a plate. Place desired stuffing (Vermicelli, shrimp, carrot, lettuce, basil) at bottom of rice paper. Roll the edges of the rice paper slightly inwards. Start at bottom of rice paper, tightly wrap the ingredients.

Store in a cool and dry place.
Ingredients:Tapioca Starch, Rice Flour (20%), Water, Salt.
