Description:Asian Boy Rice Paper (Banh Trang Que Huong)

Preparation:
1. Place sheet or rice paper and soak in water for around 2 seconds. Remove and place on a plate dish.
2. Place stuffing as desired (noodles, shrimp, carrot, lettuce and basil) at the bottom of the rice paper.
3. Roll the edged of the wrapper slightly inward. Begin at the bottom edge of wrapper, tightly wrap the ingredients. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

Store in a cool and dry place.
Ingredients:Tapioca Starch, Rice Flour (20%), Water, Salt.
