Eating Instructions:
1. Stir-Fried Rice Cake
Heat the wok with adequate oil, put ingredients like shredded vegetables, pork, bamboo or mushrooms in and stir-fry until done. Put the rice cake slices in and add some water (each 50g rice cake needs 200g water). When the rice cake goes soft, add condiments and stir-fry for one minute before serving.

2. Rice Cake In Soup
Heat the wok with adequate oil, put bamboo or mushroom in and stir-fry until done. Put your broth into the wok (200g broth for 100g rice cake). When the broth boils, put the rice cake in and cook for 2 minutes, add condiments before serving and you get the famous Ning-Bo style rice cake soup.

Store in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight.
