Description:Vietnamese Prawn Crackers

Cooking instructions:

1) Heat Oil in wok or deep fryer keeping the heat constant as prawn crackers burn easily.
2) Add 3-5 crackers at a time and fry for 30 seconds or until the crackers expand.
3) Remove and dry on absorbent paper.

Once opened transfer product to an airtight container and use within 7 days.
