Description:Vietnamese Prawn Crackers (Uncooked) (Banh Phong Tom)

Cooking Instructions:
Deep fry the Gold Plum Vietnamese prawn crackers in clean vegetable oil at a temperature between 160C and 180C. Remove the crackers from the oil when they expand and float to the surface. Drain on paper towel and serve.

Allergy Advice: Contains Shrimp, Sulphite.

Storage Instructions: Store in a cool dry place. Keep unused prawn crackers in a sealed bag or container.
