Description:Vietnamese Prawn Crackers (uncooked) (Banh Phong Tom)

Cooking instructions:
Deep fry the GP Vietnamese Prawn Crackers in clean vegetable oil at a temperature between 160C and 180C. Remove the crackers from the oil when they expand and float to the surface. Drain on paper towel and serve.

Storage Instructions: Store in a cool dry place. Keep unused prawn crackers in a sealed bag or container.
