Description:Prawn Crackers

Directions for cooking:
Deep fry in cooking oil in deep saucepan. Heat oil 210-280C. Test with one prawn cracker first. Put prawn cracker into the oil and within 5 seconds should expand and float to the surface. If not, heat the oil further and test with another prawn cracker, when correct temperature is reached put 5-10 prawn crackers in oil at one time. Drain off excess oil and serve. Delicious as a snack or appetiser, or as a garnish with prawn cutlets or other dishes

Seal bag in carton and store in a dry place.
Please keep the prawn crackers in dry place and avoid light.
