Description:Cooking Instruction:
Place sufficient oil on a pan to submerge the poppadum. Heat the oil to smoking point. Gently lower/place a poppadom into the hot oil. Ensure that the poppadum is immersed in the oil by pressing it down with a long handled cooking implement for 3-4 seconds. Do not turn the poppadum to fry on both sides. Carefully lift the poppadum out of the oil with a long handled cooking implement. Place the poppadum on some kitchen roll or a serviette suitable for draining any excess oil. Drain until dry and crisp. Serve whilst still warm.
Ingredients:Urid Flour, Rice Flour, Salt, Calcium Carbonate, Coconut Oil.
