Description:Brother Hood Hong Mui Prawn Crackers (White)

Brotherhood Brand crackers are noted for their unique flavour and crispness, fit for both festive boards and homely meals, or to be presented as gifts to friends.
Prepared from superior starch, prawn flavouring, refined salt & sugar.

Preparation: Fry the crackers in boiling vegetable oil at 220C. Done when floating.
Note: Keep the crackers dry. In case of dampness, dry them in the sun or in an oven before frying for good effect.

Ingredients:Corn Starch, Water, Prawn (Crustacean) Extract (8%), Sugar, Salt.
