Black lentils in a rich and creamy Masala sauce.

Vegetarian Meal. Just Heat & Eat.

Free From. Gluten Free. MSG Free. No Starch. No Food Stabilisers. No Artificial Flavours. No Preservatives.

Microwave Heating:
1. Thoroughly shake the container before removing the lid.
2. Peel off the film and replace the lid.
3. Heat on MEDIUM for 90 seconds.
4. Leave to stand in microwave for 1 minute, then stir carefully.
If preferred use a microwaveable bowl for heating, instead of the container.

Caution: Peel off film carefully - contents may splash and stain clothing. Ensure food is piping hot before eating.
Heating time may vary depending on microwave power.

Wok/Stove Heating:
Empty container into wok/pan and heat until piping hot.

Storage Advice: Store in a cool dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 3 days. Do not consume if the container is leaking or bloated.

Allergy Advice: May also contain nuts, soya and sesame.
