Description:Sour Pickled Green Mustard

Cooking Instructions (Serves 3-5):
1. Clean out a fresh fish about 1-1.5 kg. Remove the scales and cut the fish into cubes or pieces, then put them onto a plate
2. Add bean powder, cooking wine and egg white to mix well
3. Heat some vegetable oil, put the seasoning in and fry for 3 minutes
4. Add boiling water or bone soup, put the fish bone in and cook for about 3 minutes. Add the fish pieces into the soup and simmer until they are fully cooked
5. Add scallion and remove the pot. You can now serve the delicious dish
Can also be used as a condiment for sour vegetable fish dishes.

Store in a dry and cool place, out of direct heat and sunlight.
