Description:Sour Pickled Green Mustard

How to Use:
1)Hollow out a fresh fish about 1-1.5kg, remove the scales, and cut the fish into cubes or pieces, then put them into a plate.
2) Add bean powder, cooking wine and egg white to mix well
3)Cook some vegetable oil, put the seasoning in and fry for 3 min
4) Add suitable boiling water (or bone soup), put the fish bone and cook for about 3 min. Add the fish pieces into the soup and until it's fully cooked
5)Add scallion and remove the pot. You can serve the delicious dish.
