Description:Salted Mustard

Steamed Mince Pork With Salted Mustard

250g pork, 100g salted mustard, 1 tbsp oil, 1 1/2 tsp corn starch (mixed with
2 tbsp water)
1/4 tsp salt, dash of sesame oil, pinch of pepper
Cooking Methods:
1. Rinse and squeeze dry salted mustard. Then dice
2. Rinse, drain and mince pork. Mix with seasoning and gradually stir in corn starch thickening. Add salted mustard and oil, mix well. Spread on dish and steam for about 12 minutes until cooked

Allergy Advice: Contains Mustard.

Store in a cool and dry place.
