Description:National Jelly Crystals (Mango Flavour)
A fruity flavoursome jelly, simply delicious served on its own with fresh cream or layered between national custard and cake to make a trifle dessert.

Preparation:
Boil two cups (400ml) or water in a saucepan.
Empty all the contents of packet into the boiling water. Mix vigorously and cook until dissolved.
Pour the mixture into a mould and allow to cool. Once cool you can keep it in refrigerator for 30-45 minutes for better results.
Loosen the edges with knife and invert carefully over a serving dish. Delicious National jelly is ready.

Store in cool & dry conditions.

Ingredients:Sugar, Gelling Agents (Carageenan Gum (E407), Potassium Chloride E508)), Acid (Citric Acid (E330)), Acidity Regulator (Potassium Citrate (E332)),Artificial Mango Flavour, Colour (Tartrazine Yellow (E102)).
