Description:Wu Fu Yuan Tapioca Pearls (Taro Boba) for bubble tea

Consume soon after opening.
Storage Condition: Keep away from direct sunlight and store in a cool dry place.

Serving tips:
1. Prepared new sago is delicious cold or hot. Add into beverages like milk tea or coffee or into desserts.
2. Please eat new sago within 4 hours after cooking.
3. After opening package, please refrigerate unused portion and use as soon as possible.

Instructions:
1. Boil 10 cups of water for 1 cup of new sago into a large pot. Pour the water into a large pot and bring it to a boil. Pour the new sago into boiling pot and stir lightly.
2. Wait until new sago floats to water surface. Cover pot. Cook in medium heat for 2-3 minutes (adjust time to soften tapioca to personal tastes).
3. Scoop out Tapioca Pearl and let it rest in cold water for 20 seconds. Scoop out tapioca into dry bowl and min in sugar or honey.
