Description:Tapioca Pearl (Black)

Ready to cook. Ready in 5 minutes.

Cooking Instructions:
Boil 10 cups of water for 1 cup of tapioca pearls in a large pot. Add tapioca pearls slowly into boiling water and stir lightly. Wait until tapioca pearls float to water surface. Cover the pot. Cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Turn off heat and simmer for another 2-3 minutes (adjust time to soften tapioca to personal preference). Scoop out tapioca pearls and let them rest in cold water for 20 seconds. Scoop out tapioca pearls and place them in a dry bowl. Mix in sugar or honey.

Serving Tips:
1. Tapioca pearl is delicious served hot or cold. Serve with sweet soups, milk tea, coffee, jelly etc
2. Tapioca pearl may become hard if not consumed after cooking. Add hot water or microwave 2 minutes to soften the tapioca pearl
3. Use as soon as packet is opened

Storage Condition: Keep away from direct sunlight and store in a cool dry place. Refrigerate after opening and consume soon after opening.
