Description:Poons Wind-Dried Chinese Bacon

Cooking Instructions: Steam for 10 to 15 minutes in a steamer or on top of the cooking rice.
Serving Instructions: Slice after cooked and serve with rice or vegetables.
Storage Instruction: Store in a cool and dry place, once opened keep in refrigerator and consume within a few days.
