Description:Poons Salted Duck Stomach (Gizzards)

Cooking Instructions: Use 3 to 4 pieces stomach to cook bone broth. Add the stomach to the other ingredients to create the finest taste of bone broth. Or steam for 15 minutes, slice and eat straight as a side dish.

Serving Instructions: Slice after cooked and serve with rice.
Storage Instructions: Store in a cool and dry place, once opened keep in refrigerator and consume within a few days.
