Description:Poons Chinese Wind-Dried Pork Sausages (Lap Cheong)

All Poon's wind-dried products are preservative-free, colouring-free and MSG-free. After opening, the redness of the sausages will subside. This is natural and does not signify any defect in the product. Refrigerate after opening.

Cooking Instructions: Rinse with hot water before use. Steam for 10 mins on a rolling boil.
