Description:Wing Wing Chinese Style Pork Sausage in Collagen Casing

Product must be cooked.

Cooking Instructions:
Place sausage in rice and water and cook, or place sausage on a dish set above boiling water, cover with lid and steam for 10 minutes.

Refrigerate after opening. Use sausage within one month after opening.

Storage: Store in a cool and dry place.
Ingredients:Pork (80%), Sugar, Soya Sauce (Water, Soya Bean, Salt, Wheat Flour), Water, Salt, Cooking Wine, Flavour Enhancer (Monosodium Glutamate) E621), Spices (Licorice Powder), Grain Alcohol, Preservative (Sodium Nitrite E250).
