Description:Chinese cured dried pork sausages (lap cheong) with rose wine (Mei Kuei Lu Chiew).

Instructions:
1) Heat the sausage in a double saucepan for 15 mins.
2) Strain them.
3) Brown the sausage in a little oil.
4) Cut into slices or cubes in order to serve.

Keep at room temperature.
Keep cool after opening.
