Description:Soak white fungus in water for 30 minutes. Then boil all ingredients together with proportional pork in 6 bowls of water for 2 hours. Add small amount of salt to enhance the taste. If use electric cooker simmer with 5 bowls of water for 6 hours in low heat.
Ingredients:Chinese Yam, White Fungus(20%), Ginseng Root(20%), Almond.
