Cooking Directions:
Boil all ingredients with proportional meat (pork or skinless chicken) in 10 bowls of water and simmer for 2 hours on medium heat. Add small amount of salt to enhance the taste. If using electric cooker, simmer with 6 bowls of water for 6-8 hours on low heat.

Keep in dry condition.
