Description:A1 Herbal Soup
Bak Kut Teh

Preparations: 2 kg meats, 8 pieces of garlic, 2 spoons of black soy sauce, 4 spoons of light soy sauce, 2 spoons of oyster sauce, salt, 10 bowls of water and one packet of A1 Herbal Soup.

Cooking Instructions:
1. Rinse meat
2. Pour 10 bowls of water (3 litres) to boil, then put in A1 Herbal Soup. Use medium temperature to cook for 1/2 hours
3. Add pepper before serving

Storage Condition: Keep away from direct sunlight and store in a cool and dry place.
Ingredients:Angelica Pepper (20%), Aralia Cordata (15%), Sinensis (15%), Cinnamon (15%), Pauranti (15%), Star Anise (10%), Cigusticum (10%).
