Cooking Instructions:
Soak desired amount of Wel-Pac Hijiki in cold water for 30 minutes. Drain well. Simmer till the seasonings are evaporated. Add to soups, salads, meat and vegetable dishes.

Once opened, store in an air-tight container and consume as soon as possible.

Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight.
