Serving Directions:

Soybean curd for cold dish:
Put soybean curd into warm water to make it soft, then put it into boiling water for 1-2 minutes and add ginger, shallot, garlic, chilli oil, sesame oil and salt. After stirring well, put it into refrigerator. Do not freeze.
Hotpot cooking:
Add soybean curd into all kids of hotpot cooking, which is delicious and healthy.
Frying:
After softening the soybean curd, fry it with pork, fungus, mushroom, celery and minced garlic.
Cooking:
