Cooking Methods:
Clean and dip kelp knots in water for only 10-20 minutes and you may cook them immediately. It's so convenient and timely. Kelp knots may be stir-fried, stewed and cooking into soup.

1. Kelp knots stirred with meat shreds: Cut meat into thin slices and then shreds, deep-fry them in an oil pot until they are well cooked, then put into kelp knots, carrot slices, green pepper shreds, ginger, shallot pieces, garlic cubes and condiments and stir-fry.
2. Kelp knots cooked with meat: Cut meat into cubes, pour clean water into the pot and put meat cubes into the pot. After the soup boils, skim off foams and add into shallot pieces, ginger slices, Bunge prickly ash, pepper, cooking wine and kelp knots.
