Egg And White Fungus Sweet Soup
Put 50g white fungus, several jujubes and a piece of ginger. Put all of them into a pot and boil for 1 hour on a low heat. Then, add some eggs and PRB Crystal Sugar. After 5 minutes on the oil, the soup will be done.
