PRB Crystal Sugar is naturally crystallised from premium dissolving cane sugar. It can be eaten directly as snack, added into beverages or added as seasonings when cooking, especially for dessert and sweet soup.

Lotus Seed And Lily Sweet Soup:
Soak 100g lotus seed, several jujubes and a piece of ginger. Put all of them into a pot and boil for a few hours on a low heat. Then, add some lily and PRB crystal sugar. After 5 minutes on the boil, the soup will be done.

Egg And White Fungus Sweet Soup:
Soak 50g white fungus, several jujubes and a piece of ginger. Put all of them into a pot and boil for 1 hour on a low heat. Then, add some eggs and PRB crystal sugar. After 5 minutes on the oil, the soup will be done.

Keep in a dry and cool place.
