Description:Wonton Soup Base

Required Ingredients (For 20 Bowls):
2 chicken drums and thighs or 3 chicken breasts, 350g wonton, 500g straw mushroom, minced green onion and cilantro
Cooking Instructions:
Put chicken in the pot and add enough water to cover meat. Cook for about 30 minutes or until the meat is tender. Skim off any scum from the broth while cooking. Remove meat and shred into small pieces. Add meat back into the pot. Add content of wonton soup base, straw mushroom (drained and rinsed) and wontons. Adjust with water to 8 litres or to taste. Bring to a boil and serve with green onion and cilantro.
