Description:Shrimp Broth Stock Cube
Made with natural shrimp
No preservatives added

Cooking Directions:
For broth, dissolve 1 cube in 1 litre of boiling water. For more concentrated broth, dissolve 2 cubes in 1 litre of boiling water.
What You'll Need:
1/4 kilo ground pork, 1 egg (beaten), 2 pcs Knorr Shrimp Broth cubes, 3 tbsp corn starch, 1 cup singkamas (minced), 20 pcs molo wrappers, 1 tbsp cooking oil, 1 pc small onion (chopped), 5 cloves garlic (chopped), 3-4 cups water, fish sauce to taste (patis), ground black pepper to taste, 1 tbsp spring onion (chopped), 3 cloves garlic (minced and fried)
Now Let's Cook:
For molo dumplings, combine pork, egg (dissolve 1 shrimp cube in beaten egg), corn starch and singkamas. Wrap a teaspoon of mixture and seal. To make the broth, saute onions and garlic. Add water and remaining Knorr Shrimp Broth cube. Bring to a boil. Add dumplings and adjust according to taste. Simmer for 5 minutes. Top with spring onions and fried garlic.
