Hikari Miso Miso Soup (Enjuku Wakame Seaweed)
Hikari Miso is located in Shinsu, an area known as the Nagano Prefecture in central Japan. Shinshu is well-recognised for its stunning scenic beauty and crystal clear snow melts. This along with its rich clean air provide all the essentials for the production of the ultimate in fine Miso taste.
All Natural. No MSG Added. No GMO Soybeans.
Made of Enjuku Koji Miso from organic soybeans, Japanese rice and sun-dried sea salt.
Enjuku Miso Soup does not contain any artificial flavours, but instead derives its rich aroma and flavour from the high proportion of koji (rice malt) used.
To bring out the full flavour or truly fresh miso, Hikari Miso makes Enjuku Miso Soup with a special process that does not employ heat treatment, leaving the cultures and enzymes of the miso intact.
How To Make Miso Soup:
1. Empty the packets of Fresh Miso Paste and Garnish into a bowl or a cup
2. Add 5-6 oz (160 ml) of hot water, more or less according to your taste
3. Stir thoroughly until the Fresh Miso Paste has been dissolved
Use each packet completely after opening
Be careful when handling hot or boiling water

Storage Condition: Please store away from direct sunlight, heat, moisture and strong odour.
Miso Paste: Soybean Paste (Water, Soybean, Rice, Salt), Water, Alcohol, Sugar, Kelp Extract, Salt.
Garnish: Seaweed, Baked Gluten (Wheat Flour, Wheat Gluten, Sodium Bicarbonate (E500(ii)), Green Onion, Yeast Extract Powder, Sugar, Dried Bonito Powder, Salt.
