Description:Inner Mongolia Little Sheep hot pot seasoning is a new style seasoning. Researched and developed through marketing investigations and experiments, integrating modern dietetic conventions, it is an unprecedented innovation. This new dietetic way of mutton, "thin mutton slices quick-boiled in a hot pot without dipping other flavouring" initiates a reform from the tradition, is thought to be a pioneer.
Besides the usual and common ingredients of hot pot seasoning, it specially has got dozens of other Chinese medical restorative materials inside. This seasonings has the effect of wiping off undesirable mutton smell and remaining fresh taste. It also charaterizes the soup with long lasting savor and the mutton with its fresh even after being fully cooked. It is a safe and delicious condiment for hot pot and an excellent gift to relatives or friends.

Instructions: Open the small bag, drop the seasoning into hot pot, add 15g green onion segments, 5-10g ginger slices, 20 garlic cloves, 2 litres boiling water (Or chicken or bone stock), add salt to taste. Heat the soup and then boil meat, vegetables, seafood etc.

Note: The chafing dish flavouring needs to be boiled before use.

Store in a cool dry place, keep away from direct sunlight.
