Shancheng Brand Chongqing hotpot seasoning, invented by our company is a typical seasoning of Sichuan-flavouring hotpot. This product is produced by traditional brewing process, is spicy, tasty and savoury. Not only is it a good idea to entertain guests and present for friends or relatives, but also is high-class seasoning to the restaurants.

Cooking Directions:
Prepare blended flavouring: Mix sesame oil, MSG and minced garlic
1. Fry the seasoning until you smell its fragrance
2. Add five times of water
3. The mixture is ready when it is boiled
Use for hot pot soup base

Produced on a line handling soya, sesame seeds, peanut and other nuts and seeds.

Store in a cool and dry place. Keep refrigerated and use within 1 week after opening.
