Rich Flavour Made With Natural Chicken

Cooking Directions:
For broth, dissolve 1 cube in 1 litre of boiling water. For more concentrated broth, dissolve 2 cubes in 1 litre of boiling water.
What You'll Need:
4 cloves garlic (finely chopped), 1 pc small onion (coarsely chopped), 1 pc chicken breast (boiled and shredded), 1 tbsp atsuete oil, 4 cups water, 2 pcs Knorr Chicken Broth cubes, 1 cup sotanghon noodles (50g) soaked in water for 15 minutes, ground black pepper to taste, chopped spring onions for garnish, fried garlic for garnish
Now Let's Cook:
Saute garlic, onion and chicken breast in atsuete oil. Pour in water. Add Knorr Chicken Broth cubes, pepper and sotanghon noodles. Stir well and let it simmer. Adjust according to taste. Sprinkle spring onions and fried garlic on top.
To make atsuete oil, heat 1/2 tbsp of atsuete and 3 tbsp of oil just until atsuete's colour is extracted. Drain and reserve the oil.

Once opened, store in a cool dry place. Avoid direct sunlight.
