Description:Aani Wet Tamarind Paste
Used as a spice and souring agent, often in the form of tamarind paste, Aani Wet Tamarind adds a delicious tang to your marinades, sauces, stir-fries and refreshing drinks.

Free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives.

Preparation
Cut off the desired amount with a sharp knife. Combine the pulp with hot water in a 1:3 ratio and mash with a fork until it dissolves into a thick paste, adding more water if required. Strain to remove seeds and any remaining skin before use.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 6 months.
