Description:Heera Food Colouring Powder (Bright Red)

Instructions for use in sauces and chutneys:
Dissolve 14g (1 tablespoon) of powder in 1ltr of hot water (if colour separates on cooling warm slightly), Do not use more than 32ml (2 tablespoon) of solution per kg of other ingredients. This solution contains 54mg per 32ml of E129 and 5mg per 32ml of E102. These instructions must be followed and will not meet the legal requirements for colours in food if other uses are made of this product and for use with other products always check the legal limits and restrictions.

Once the solution is made it can be stores for 7 days in cool and dry place.

Storage Instructions: Replace cap after use. Store in a cool & dry place away from direct sunlight.
