Description:Golden Lily Dried Yeast Cakes

Recipe for yeast cake to prepare glutinous wine:-
Ingredient - 600g of glutinous rice + 2 pieces of yeast cake.
- Soak the glutinous rice for 6 to 8 hour, steam well with boiling water.
- Cool the steamed glutinous rice.
- Crush the yeast cake into small pieces and add it to the glutinous rice.
- Cover the glutinous rice with a cotton clothe, ferment in room temperature for 15 to 16 days.

Store in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight.
Ingredients:Rice Flour, Water, Yeast.
