Recipe
Ingredients: 1-2 kg meat, 1 bag spice pouch, 2000 cc water, 2 tablespoons sugar, 3/4 teaspoon MSG, 3/4 teaspoon salt, 5 tablespoons soy sauce, appropriate amount of scallion, ginger and chilli, a little wine
Cooking Instructions:
1. Toss all ingredients in boiling water for blanching
2. Stew all ingredients with Tomax Spice Pouch and seasoning for 40 mins
Tip: After stewing, let it stay in stew-pot for about 60 mins to get excellent flavour and taste

Store in a cool dry place.
Ingredients:China Cassia (35%), Anise (30%), Fennel (10%), Bay Leaf (9%), Nutmeg (7%), Licorice (3.5%), Basil (3%), Black Pepper (2.5%).
